Performance Marketing Specialist

Our client is marketing consultancy in Abbot Road, Lahore. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and manage performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms for clients. Following are the details;
Primary tasks would include:
Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Conducting deep audience and keyword research to defi ne high-impact targeting strategies
Collaborating with the team to write ad copies and managing creative assets to drive conversions
Running A/B tests on ads, creative formats, landing pages, and funnels
Managing budgets, bids, and performance across platforms to maximize ROAS
Collaborating with design, content, and account teams to align paid eff orts with broader strategy
Implementing and optimizing conversion rate strategies (CRO) to improve campaign effi ciency
