Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of performance marketing channels but also bring strong expertise in branding, social media strategy, SEO, and CRM management . You will play a key role in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and brand equity.

What you will do

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for performance uplift.
• A deep understanding of Branding, social media strategy, SEO and automation will be a plus.
