Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly
• Improve cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall ROI
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives
• Set up and monitor tracking (GA4, pixels, Tag Manager)
• Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign results

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an advantage
• Good understanding of analytics and conversion tracking
