Performance Marketing Specialist (Min 3 Year Exp)

Britannia Malaysia is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale our paid acquisition and lead generation efforts.

To be clear, this is a Mid-Level Marketing Role (Minimum 3 Years Experience) - You must have experience managing paid Meta ad campaigns (at minimum). We welcome candidates who've run ads in a marketing agency or on the client side.

This is also not a “boost post and report impressions” role.

This is a hands‑on performance marketing role where you will own campaigns, manage real ad spend, build funnels, track results, and directly contribute to student enquiries, consultation bookings, and enrolments.

We are looking for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and measurable impact.
