Performance Marketing Specialist (SEM & Paid Social ) — Cebu (Hybrid)

For our offshoring team supporting ANZ clients we are looking for a SEM and Paid Social Specialist

The role

Help plan, launch, optimise and report on SEM (Google Ads/Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) campaigns.

Collaborate daily with our AU team; hit SLAs with clean execution and clear insights.

What you’ll do

• Daily pacing & optimisation; A/B tests and keyword/audience refinement
• Weekly/monthly reporting with actionable recommendations
• Keep documentation and naming conventions tight

You bring

• 2–5 years hands‑on in Paid Social and/or SEM (agency or in‑house)
• Platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, GA4, GTM; solid Sheets/Excel
• Strong English comms and a detail‑first QA mindset
