Responsibilities

• Supporting the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process by performing HCM data checks, local bonus monitoring, and reports generation. The role will be responsible in ensuring that the data used for ACR is accurate and that inputs are consistent with the agreed process.
• Participating in compensation surveys, including collating local benefits, policies, and bonus information. The P&R Analyst will have access to job matching methodologies by our survey vendors and will map Arcadis jobs to the appropriate levels and functions.
