Performance & Rewards Management Lead

Role Summary:

The PMS Lead is responsible for owning and evolving the organization's performance management strategy. This role ensures that every employee has a clear line of sight from their daily tasks to the company's strategic objectives via effective 
KPI setting
 and rigorous 
scorecard reviews
. You will be the guardian of data integrity, process fairness, and the technological tools used to track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Framework Design (The KPI Architecture)

• Design the Goal-Setting Methodology:
   Establish the company-wide framework for setting KPIs (e.g., SMART goals, or Balanced Scorecard). Define what constitutes a good KPI versus a bad one.
• Cascading Objectives:
   Partner with Strategy teams to ensure departmental KPIs and individual scorecards cascade directly from the corporate annual operating plan.
