About this Role

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to deliver testing services within the IT Shared Service Centre (VISPL) for telecom domains and countries. The individual will be responsible for planning, scripting, and executing performance tests across various platforms including Cloud, Siebel, CRM, BRM, and Middleware. This role demands strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in a multi-national environment.
What you’ll do

Define and execute performance test strategies across telecom technology stacks
Develop dynamic scripts and scenarios using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and SOAP UI
Analyse performance test results and communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with application teams to resolve performance issues
