Performance Test Lead (Contractor)

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive performance engineering initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing tools, cloud environments, and end-to-end test lifecycle management, along with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end performance testing initiatives, including defining test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing performance test scripts and workload models, and executing tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
