Performance Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to identify performance requirements and KPIs.
• Lead performance test execution, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to technical and business teams.
• Manage performance testing tools, environments, and data.
• Mentor junior testers and coordinate with global QA teams.

Required skills

• Proven experience in performance testing and engineering
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Deep understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
