We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with 5+ years of performance testing and engineering experience, specifically with Micro Focus LoadRunner and system monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance testing/engineering
• Expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner
• Experience with system monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Engage with testing and development teams across the bank.
• Manage multiple stakeholder demands and expectations while maintaining quality and delivery.
• Engage with vendors and architects to determine strategic direction in terms of application testability.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies personally, in line with bank strategy.
• Document and publish standards and procedures.
• Keep current with new practices and technical developments for potential use as solutions to requirements.
