We are looking for an experienced
Performance Tester
to join team supporting AML/KYC onboarding, screening, and monitoring systems. This role focuses on ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability before production releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute performance test strategies for BAU, enhancements, and regulatory releases
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
• Monitor infrastructure metrics using tools like Grafana and APM platforms
• Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and tuning recommendations
