About the Job

We're looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven
Performance Video Editor (Meta Ads)
to join our marketing team and support the creation of high-converting ad creatives across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

This is NOT a traditional video editing role.

• This position is focused on performance, testing, and iteration — not just aesthetics. We're looking for someone who understands that great ad creative is driven by data, hooks, storytelling, and conversion strategy.
• You will work closely with our creative and growth teams to produce short-form paid social ads, develop multiple variations for testing, and continuously improve creative performance based on insights.
• This is a
  100% full-time remote role (Philippines-based)
  and is ideal for an editor who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-focused marketing environment.
