A fantastic opportunity has become available for a passionate and motivated Perioperative Services Manager to take on a leadership position within the Perioperative Department on a full-time basis at a private hospital in Melbourne. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Perioperative Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and allocating staff;

Overseeing the day-to-day operations in the theatre;

Understanding legislative requirements, ACORN, and Sterilisation standards;

Applying knowledge of accreditation processes and Quality/Risk management;

Ensuring workplace health and safety guidelines and policies are met;

Managing budgets and attaining budgetary targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

Maintaining effective relationships with major stakeholders;

Ensuring the theatre is run ethically and complies with policies, procedures, and all legal requirements.
