Job Description

Description
Provide comprehensive electrical support for site electrical systems, with responsibilities ranging from medium voltage power to HVAC controls. Primary responsibilities include Central Utility Plant electrical support (power, boilers, chillers, controls, and UPS systems), lighting system controls, and electrical power oversight for laboratory buildings. This position also serves as back-up for site electric operations and provides controls support for VFDs and other instrumentation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems
Maintain operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting critical facility operations
Demonstrate expertise in low, medium, and high voltage systems operation
Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and determine appropriate corrective actions
