Job Description
Elevate family reunification efforts by becoming a Family Advocate. This permanent, full-time position focuses on assisting First Nations families within the Child and Family Services system.
As part of the Children and Families team, you will play a pivotal role in helping parents navigate their reunification journey. Your responsibilities will include creating individualized plans, fostering relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring ongoing support through the reunification process. Your experience and knowledge will directly benefit families seeking to strengthen their bonds.
