Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Real Estate Management or any related field
• Has at least 1 year of experience in compliance, permitting, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in preparing and submitting compliance-related documents and permits.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to compliance and permitting.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices in compliance management.
