Permit Declarant cum Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Declaring of Import/Export Permit (TradeNet) with full compliance.
• Handle and process all shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, contractors, and airlines to manage cargo booking, flight scheduling, release, and delivery for air freight shipments.
• Follow up on daily shipment holds, resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Handle overseas purchasing, assisting in placing purchase orders, coordinating shipment readiness, and ensuring required documentation is complete.
• Track and record all freight costs.
• Collaborate with overseas and local agents to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment operations for both import and export activities.
• Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time.
