The Permits & Licenses Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all real estate projects and corporate activities comply with relevant housing, construction, and property regulations. This role will coordinate the acquisition, renewal, and management of permits, licenses, and clearances from government agencies such as the Registry of Deeds (ROD), Assessor's Office, HURB/DHSUD, DENR, BIR, and local government units (LGUs).
The role will ensure the timely completion of all documentation, facilitates interdepartmental coordination, and upholds the organization's legal and regulatory obligations to support project development and property operations.
A. Regulatory and Permit Coordination
- Coordinate and process all project-related permits, licenses, and clearances with the following agencies:
- Registry of Deeds (ROD) - for titling and registration of properties.
- Assessor's Office - for tax declarations and property assessments. ...
