Permits and Licenses Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify, obtain, and monitor inventory-related permits and titles.
• Ensure that the following permits and other land development, construction, and titling-related documents are delivered for selling and construction commencement.
• Coordinate with the Permits & Licenses and Legal Department in securing the permits, exemptions, and alterations.
• Research and identify necessary applications, forms and other supporting documents for permit applications.
• Liaise with government agencies and institutions to ensure smooth and timely processing of permits and licenses.
• Track application statuses, follow up on inquiries and address any issues that may arise during the process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
