Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably 1-2 year(s) work experience in a real estate industry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the completion of documents required in the various applications at HLURB, MERALCO, NWRB, building officials, etc.
• Responsible for the systematic and organized filing of records on HLURB permits, Meralco projects, Building permits, et al.
• Personally follows up application at government agencies and utility companies regarding permits and clearances.
• Inspects and assesses the execution and installation of facilities for paid projects with Meralco, MWSS, etc.
• Process, evaluates and approves the house construction permits.
• Follows-up installation of necessary utilities for the project.
• Responsible for all the necessary documents required after completion of the projects.
• Custodianship of all project records and as-built plans....
