Job Description
The Permitting and Compliance Officer is accountable in securing permits and compliance requirements from government agencies such as DOE, SEC, BIR, BOI, DA, DAR, SRA, PCA, NWRB, DENR, and other local government units. The role is also responsible for preparing progress reports to identify barriers and other difficulties encountered during permitting activities.
As an Officer, the role is consulted to identify all necessary permits required for each project and to prepare and submit permit applications to relevant local, national agencies. S/he would also be in charge of tracking the progress of permit applications, record challenges encountered during the process and following up with agencies as needed.
