Permitting Officer

Job Summary

The Permitting Officer for Environmental is responsible for providing administrative and technical support in securing, monitoring, and organizing all environment-related permits, clearances, and regulatory compliance requirements for the Terra Solar Project. This role assists in coordinating with various government agencies, local government units (LGUs), and internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Environmental Permitting Support:

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of environmental permits, licenses, and clearances such as ECC (Environmental Compliance Certificate), CNC (Certificate of Non-Coverage), Tree Cutting Permits, Water Permits, and others required by DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other regulatory agencies.
