Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator / Permitting Specialist to manage the full permitting process for residential and commercial construction projects.

This position is responsible for submitting permits to city building departments, tracking approvals, responding to comments, and ensuring permits are issued in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and fully Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications to city and county building departments
• Upload plans, documents, and forms through online permitting portals
• Communicate with cities to follow up on permit status
• Review plan review comments and coordinate responses with engineers, architects, and internal teams
