PERSOL Malaysia is committed to continuing to support the unemployed Diploma and Degree Holders to enhance employability, promote social mobility, and place Malaysian youth into sustainable careers across priority industries

Program Objective:

PERSOL ELEVATE Programme 2026 is designed to equip unemployed Diploma and Degree Holders with the skills needed for real employment opportunities to explore career pathways in the Machinery & Equipment, Digital & Technology, and Semiconductor sectors

What's the Program About?

4-month pathway to success:

• 1 month of online training in technical & soft skills
• 3 months of hands-on job placements (OJT) with leading companies

Participants are required to complete their On-the-Job Training (OJT) with their preferred host companies.

Who Can Join?

• Diploma or Degree holders in Machinery & Equipment/Digital & Technology/ Semiconductor) – related industry
