This is not a processing desk. You’ll manage your own policy-based Personal Accident / Accident & Health claims portfolio, including Loss of Income benefits, making practical, defensible decisions guided by policy wording, benefit schedules, and medical evidence.

Your judgement matters here, and you’ll be supported to develop it quickly. You’ll work directly with customers and stakeholders, delivering clear, fair outcomes at moments that genuinely matter.
