About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Back Office Support Specialist to assist with personal and commercial insurance operations for US-based clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily insurance servicing tasks, policy renewals, endorsements, and administrative coordination.

This is a NIGHT SHIFT role to accommodate US business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight schedules consistently.

• Review and audit insurance policies for accuracy and completeness
• Perform daily re-quoting of renewal policies
• Process endorsements and policy changes
• Provide customer service support for personal lines accounts
