Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Support
- Perform accounting duties as assigned by Director.
- Coordinate communication between the Director and other departments.
2. Business & Operational Support
- Responsible for drafting also delivering any necessary report and letter on demand.
- Coordinate client appointments arrangement to ensure a smooth and professional workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and arranging venues.
- Liaise with different teams to gather necessary data, reports, and submissions.
3. Administrative Duties (minimal, work-focused only)
- Responsible for maintaining an organized record of all business documents using established filing and documentation procedures.
- Ensure all confidential documents are managed with utmost privacy and discretion.
