Job Description
You will be the personal assistant to an entrepreneur and single dad who splits his time between Fort Lauderdale, Toronto, and Colombia. This is not a corporate executive assistant position. This is a private, lifestyle-focused role managing the personal side of a busy life — including helping coordinate vacations, kids’ schedules, family logistics, and everything else that a parent juggling multiple cities and a demanding business needs help staying on top of.
Your job is to make sure the non-business parts of his life run smoothly — appointments, travel logistics, personal errands, social planning, and day-to-day coordination. You will operate independently from the rest of the business team. Discretion is not a bonus — it is the foundation of this role.
Communication happens primarily through WhatsApp. You should be comfortable with fast, informal messaging and quick turnarounds.
