Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, organise, track, and follow up on documents, submissions, approvals, and correspondence
• Independently follow up with internal teams, consultants, councils, and external parties
• Handle HR-related administrative matters for the Project Department (leave tracking, claims, onboarding paperwork, confirmations)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Assist in securing appointments with local authorities, council officers, and relevant stakeholders
• Track file status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements and escalate issues early
• Conduct research and prepare brief summaries or notes when required
• Source and manage gifts for meetings, site visits, festive occasions, and stakeholders
