Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant with strong management and coordination skills to support our CEO/Director and assist with the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO/ Director
· Manage diaries, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
· Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and service providers
· Act as a key point of contact between management and staff
· Assist with planning, organising, and monitoring projects and deadlines
· Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
