The role:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant with an unwavering positive attitude to join our high performing team.

If you enjoy working at pace in a successful Professional Services environment in our CBD office, then this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting two Partners in their client-facing roles, and internal duties
  • Manage the diaries of the Partners and Associates
  • Manage the Partners’ email, expenses, travel arrangements
  • Client-facing administration work for key clients
  • Assisting the wider team with team administration tasks (billing, event organisation, composing presentations, reports, and letters, and general administration)
