Personal Banker

The Role

We currently have an opportunity to join our growing Morley branch. As one of our Personal Bankers, you will be responsible for advocating Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and to deliver an exceptional service to our members that is aligned to our Member Ownership Strategy whilst achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards the overall branch performance.

Some of your core duties will be to:

• Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members
• Proactively connect members needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills
• Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members 
• Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
