Personal Banker (UAE National role)

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

• To support the Premier, Advance and other department and assist the Relationship Managers to provide the customers a complete and wholesome experience of HSBC. Meet and greet customers and assist them with their queries and requests for statements, letters etc. Monitor waiting time for customers in the Queue and remain alert to the surroundings.
• Ensure that customers are served promptly, professionally and fairly as per Group Standards.
• Ensure that superior customer service is provided at the counter as well as through telephone.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• Accept ownership of a task/complaint and see it through for a satisfactory solution. <...
