Here's the situation.

I'm a plastic surgeon running a longevity medicine clinic in Berlin. We do regenerative treatments, biological age optimization, evidence-based aesthetics. I'm also building an AI platform for biological age assessment and transitioning the clinic to a subscription model.

I have too much on my plate and not enough hours. I need someone sharp who can take over my day-to-day operations and help me build my personal brand — but not by doing everything manually. I want someone who thinks in systems and automations.
