Job Role: Personal Brand and Growth Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of a founder's personal brand strategy (not just posting)
Manage and grow LinkedIn & Instagram (organic + paid)
Maintain a simple content calendar and publishing workflow
Prepare short-form content (captions, reels, basic edits, subtitles)
Use AI tools for content repurposing, transcription, and workflow optimization
Engage in relevant online communities and support network building
Draft outreach messages, manage follow-ups, and maintain tracking (Notion / CRM)
Research podcasts, interviews, and visibility opportunities
Requirements:
Prior experience supporting a founder, CEO, or public figure's personal brand
Hands-on experience with outreach, introductions, and relationship follow-ups
Confident using:
LinkedIn & Instagram (ads manager basics)
AI tools for video, photo, and text
