Personal Care Assistant - Alpha Omega Aged Care and Disability Services

Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is currently hiring a casual aged care support worker. The purpose of the role is to assist elderly clients in performing daily tasks and improve overall independence and wellbeing in a home or community setting.

Location: Ryde NSW.

Job responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.
• Able to do personal care (changing nappies, toileting, etc.) 
• Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping.
• Training clients to care for themselves and educate family members.
• Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence.
• Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.
