ABOUT THE ROLE

I am a happy, fun loving young man who loves life and spending time with people. I have complex health needs and require daily support from my family and my wonderful team of carers. I am a full-time wheelchair user and am reliant on my team for all transfers using the equipment provided. In addition to this I require support with all aspects of my daily living as well as support to access college and the community. 

I am looking for a caring individual who is able to provide support throughout the week both at home and also in the community alongside my family and care team. I enjoy visiting the cinema and theatre, going to live music events, eating out in the cafes in tow...
