Job Description

HealthX is seeking 2 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Berry NSW 2535.
 
Located in Berry NSW 2535.
 
Hourly rate of between $31 - $35 plus shift allowances and super - paid in accordance to the Aged Care Award
 
You will already know that working in Aged Care is your passion and have a commitment to making a difference. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care.
 
Duties include:

• To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
• To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
• To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
• Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
