Fater is an Italian company, a 50/50 joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. It produces and distributes fabric and home cleaning products under the Ace and Neoblanc brands in 37 countries across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. In Italy, since the 1960s, Fater has expanded into the personal care absorbent products market and today manufactures and markets products under the Pampers, Lines, Lines Specialist, and Tampax brands.

Fater is a dynamic company that invests about 4% of its annual revenue in innovation. Its headquarters are in Pescara; production plants in Italy are located in Pescara and Campochiaro (CB), while abroad they are in Porto, Portugal, and Gebze, Turkey.
