Description: Tuesday 1 hour personal care/ 1 hour domestic assistance MONRING SERVICES REQUIRED 9AM START Personal care 1 hour Showering Level of assistance: Supervision Equipment in use: Shower chair, there is a shower rail in the shower Mobility /Transfers: George uses his 4WF and walking stick Setting up area (clothes, towel etc): towel is on the rail in the bathroom. Undressing/ dressing: Only supervising, help when he needs. Assistance in the shower: No assisting just supervision. Getting dry: No assisting just supervision. Special requirements: Please ask George, also George likes to attend to his shower on time please arrive on time otherwise he will have a shower without supervision.
