Personal Injury Associate Lawyer

Our client, a Personal Injury Law Firm in Ontario, is looking for an experienced PI Associate to join their growing team. This is a Remote position for lawyers located in and called to the bar in Ontario.

Your role will include:

• Driving cases from the issuance of the Statement of Claim through to a successful resolution at mediation or trial.
• Ensuring expedited management of files and working closely with the client to get them the best possible result.
• Identifying opportunities on files and expediting matters strategically.
• Independently lead files through audit of files, examinations for discovery, ongoing reporting and negotiation, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
• Managing a complex CMS to effectively work remotely.
