Job Description

                    Our mid-town Toronto client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team, for an in-office role.
Handling Legal Assistant tasks from file initiation to closure
Experienced in Plaintiff Personal Injury or Insurance Defense
Filing documents with court registries.
Communication with opposing counsel, experts, and clients.
Maintaining limitation dates and managing corresponding tasks
Drafting pleadings, as required.
What You Bring:
Over 2 years of law firm experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Proficiency in MS Word and a quick learner for new software and technology.
Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year...
