Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Salary: Up to $65K

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal administrative support to various lawyers and legal professionals across the firm as a floater

Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents related to personal injury litigation

Open and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and deadline tracking

Manage court filings, document production, and e-filing as needed

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

Adapt quickly to different working styles and needs within the firm
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in personal injury litigation
