Solicitor - Personal Injury Department

Location: Middleton Office

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy and friendly team based at the Middleton office. Applications are invited from candidates with 3+ years PQE.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of 150+ claimant Personal Injury files
• Handling MOJ Portal claims, including RTA, EL, and PL cases
• Dealing with fast track and multi-track matters
• Utilising case management systems (experience with Proclaim is desirable)
