THE FIRM
Our client is a famous plaintiff firm  boasting a flourishing +continually growing TPD/Super/Insurance practice.
YOUR ROLE
As a key member of this successful TPD/Super/Insurance Team, being mentored by top senior personal injury lawyers, you will relish obtaining justice for your totally permanently disabled clients.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
