**About The Role**

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic Leader to join our Personal Insurance Leadership Team. This is an ideal role for a strong people leader with Personal Lines Insurance experience who is career driven, has a strong focus on employee engagement and customer experience. The role reports to our Personal Insurance Executive Leader.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Provide effective leadership by motivating a team of insurance brokers, coaching and mentoring them to meet performance targets, adhere to company and industry standards, and provide an exceptional customer experience
