Responsibilities

• Assist producers with all aspects of servicing accounts, ensuring our clients' needs are met with utmost care.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, binders, and bonds efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare evaluations, quotations, binders, and invoices with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters via emails and telephone.
• Conduct policy wording reviews and research information to provide the best possible service to our valued clients.
• Help with Autoplan transactions.
