In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop and maintain positive client relations
• Provide a positive demeanor and outlook in customer management and service
• Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong, positive relationships
• Review property appraisal reports and identify recommendations
• Manage E-Docs/Renewal lists and handle accordingly
• Manage client policy renewals and re-market existing clients when necessary
