Personal Lines Insurance Associate Position

Join Mitchell & Abbott Group as a Personal Lines Account Associate. Facilitate a seamless customer experience from inquiry to insurance coverage binding.
As a vital member of the Navacord team, your role focuses on servicing clients throughout their insurance journey. You will manage client calls, assist with document review, and ensure policy renewals meet all requirements. You'll also provide essential backup to Account Managers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with insurance inquiries
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Process daily automated downloads from insurers
• Prepare and send renewal letters with necessary adjustments
• Review endorsements for accuracy before processing
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Organized self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
• Ability to support staff as needed
